The Ann Arbor-Saline Road Improvements project is scheduled to begin Stage 2 of the project after 9:00 a.m. on Friday June 6.  The work area during this stage will be focused on the bridge over I-94 and the roadway between the eastbound ramps and Eisenhower Parkway.  During Stage 2, the southbound lanes of Ann Arbor-Saline Road between the Northbrook Drive/Oakbrook Drive intersection and I-94 will remain closed.  Southbound traffic will continue to use the signed detour route of South Main Street, Eisenhower Parkway, South State Street, Ellsworth Road, Lohr Road, and Oak Valley Drive. The northbound lanes of Ann Arbor-Saline Road will now also be closed between the eastbound I-94 on ramp and Eisenhower Parkway.  The posted detour for northbound Ann Arbor-Saline Road will be to use the signed detour route of eastbound I-94, South State Street, Eisenhower Parkway, and South Main Street.   Attached is the Stage 2 detour map for detouring both northbound and southbound traffic..  Additionally, the middle portion of the Waters Road/Lohr Road and Ann Arbor-Saline Road intersection will be closed.  Westbound Lohr Road traffic must turn northbound on Ann Arbor-Saline Road and eastbound Waters Road traffic must turn southbound on Ann Arbor-Saline Road.  Please contact Matt MacDonell, WCRC Assistant Director of Engineering, at (734) 327-6688 or macdonellm@wcroads.org if you have questions or concerns in regards to the project.
