Expected to begin on Monday morning, September 9, and last into the evening on Saturday, September 21, Church Street will be closed between Willard Street and South University Avenue as part of an ongoing DTE utility project.
Southbound traffic will be detoured west on South University Avenue, south on East University Avenue, and east on Hill Street to Church Street. Northbound traffic will be detoured west on Hill Street, north on East University Avenue and east on South University Avenue to Church Street.
