Beginning Tuesday, May 3 and anticipated to last until Monday, May 23, Cram Circle will be closed to through traffic between Hubbard Road and Cram Place for water service construction. Vehicular traffic will be detoured via Hubbard Road, Beal Avenue and Bishop Avenue. Access to Cram Place for local traffic only will be maintained on Cram Circle from Bishop Avenue.
