Sanitary sewer lining and repair work currently underway on Glen Avenue between East Huron Street and Catherine Street is now anticipated to continue through Tuesday, April 26. During this time, all eastbound traffic on Ann Street at Glen Avenue will be routed south on Glen Avenue to east on East Huron Street to north on Zina Pitcher Place and west on Catherine Street. In addition, the turn from westbound Ann Street to southbound Glen Avenue will be directed north on Glen Avenue to west on Catherine Street and south on North State Street. One eastbound lane of East Huron Street will also be closed between Fletcher Street and Glen Avenue for construction staging. Pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be maintained with signed detours between East Huron Street and Catherine Street. Significant traffic delays can be expected and it is advised to seek alternate routes.
