On Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12, Hayward Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between the NC21 parking lot entrance north of the Herbert Dow Building and Beal Avenue for a temporary large crane placement associated with the G.G. Brown Laboratory Renovation.  Access to the NC48 and NC21 parking lots will be maintained with flaggers at the Hayward Street-Murfin Avenue intersection, and pedestrians will be detoured around the construction area.  The NC20 parking lot north of G.G. Brown Laboratory along with the entire G.G. Brown Laboratory building will be completely closed during these two days.  In the event of inclement weather, the road closure may be in place again the following weekend, October 18-19.
