On Friday, August 18 and Saturday, August 19, from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, concrete sidewalk/curb construction is scheduled on the north side of Hayward Street near Draper Road. The work will necessitate intermittent closures of the westbound lane. Flaggers will direct traffic around the work area and maintain two-way traffic.
Then on Monday, August 21, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, a large sculpture installation with a semi truck and crane will necessitate closure of the eastbound lane of Hayward Street near the Dow Building and G.G. Brown Laboratory. Flaggers will direct traffic around the work area and maintain two-way traffic. Sidewalk closures may be required and pedestrian traffic will be detoured as needed.
