Currently, and expected to last for a few weeks, the southern eastbound lane on Hubbard Road from Hayward Street to Huron Parkway is also closed for ongoing work associated with the DTE APEX Substation utility project. Currently, left turns and through traffic will be maintained from the left-turn lane. When the southbound Huron Parkway lanes south of Hubbard Road reopen, right turns will also be made from the existing left-turn lane.
