Expected to begin on Thursday, August 22, and last through Saturday, August 24, the intersection of South Fifth Avenue and East William Street will be closed for water main installation. Southbound South Fifth Avenue traffic will be detoured westbound on East Liberty Street, southbound on South Main Street and eastbound on East Madison Street to South Fifth Avenue. Eastbound East William Street traffic will be detoured southbound on South Fourth Avenue, eastbound on Packard Street and northbound on South Division Street to East William Street. Pedestrian through traffic will be maintained on one side of the street at all times.
