Beginning Monday, May 5 and lasting through Sunday, May 11, South State Street between Stimson Street and Granger Avenue will be closed to all traffic for utility installation in the roadway associated with the Field Hockey Stadium construction. Northbound traffic will be detoured via Stimson Street, South Industrial Highway, East Stadium Boulevard and Packard Street. Southbound traffic will be detoured via Packard Street, East Stadium Boulevard, South Industrial Highway, and Stimson Street. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured around the construction area at crosswalks on the north and south side of the work area. The vehicular detour route can be found on this map.
