Expected to begin on Thursday, May 30 and be completed by Friday, May 31, Thompson Street between East William Street and East Liberty Street will be closed as part of the DDA William Street Improvement Project.
Northbound traffic will be detoured eastbound on William Street, northbound on Maynard Street to westbound East Liberty Street. Southbound traffic will be detoured westbound on Liberty Street, southbound on Fifth Avenue to eastbound William Street.
Driveways and local traffic between William Street and Liberty Street will be maintained. Pedestrian through-traffic will be maintained on one side of the street at all times.
