Expected to begin on Monday morning, August 12, and last through Saturday, August 31, Church Street between Hill Street and Willard Street will be closed in both directions for ongoing work associated with a DTE multi-phased utility project. At the same time, Hill Street, between South Forest Avenue and Church Street, continues to be closed and is expected to reopen by end of the day on Saturday, August 17.
