The University Hospital South building complex has aging roof systems that are beyond their useful lives. Several areas are leaking and repair costs are escalating to a point where replacement is recommended in order to reduce maintenance costs and prevent future damage. This project will replace roof systems in an area of approximately 72,000 square feet on the four buildings.
