Earl V. Moore Building Renovation and Brehm Pavilion

Construct an addition of approximately 21,000 gross square feet that will house a new rehearsal hall, lecture hall, classrooms, practice rooms and studios, and needed storage space (see attached map). The first floor north wing will be renovated to increase the number and quality of practice rooms, and the west side of the second floor north wing will be renovated to accommodate offices displaced from the first floor renovation.
