William Davidson Player Development Center Renovate and Expand Team Areas

The Michigan men’s and women’s basketball team areas are located in the William Davidson Player Development Center. The facility was constructed in 2011 to provide both practice and game‐day facilities for both teams. This project proposes to renovate approximately 11,500 gross square feet of the men’s and women’s basketball team locker rooms to create an expanded locker room, improvements to lockers, showers, and team and support areas, and create gender‐inclusive locker facilities for both student-athletes and staff.
