Porous Concrete Detail

At the top of the diagram, an 8-inch layer of porous concrete is shown, resting on an underlying layer of MDOT 6A limestone. The limestone layer is described with an unspecified thickness. Below this, a 4-inch perforated wrapped underdrain is depicted with XX inches bottom coverage. On the right side, a separate section shows an 18-inch by 12-inch concrete waterstop next to standard paving and base. A non-woven geotextile is placed at the bottom and sides of the structure to prevent sediment infiltration, as per ASTM D6767-02 standards. The subsurface layers include uncompacted soil transitioning to a compacted parking lot substrate. Several annotations provide additional specifications for installation and material requirements.
