Beginning on Tuesday, October 4 and lasting through Friday, October 21, South Division Street will be closed to all through traffic between East Jefferson Street and East William Street for the final phase of water main installation. During this time traffic will be detoured around the closure using Packard Street, South Fourth Avenue and East William Street; see attached map. During construction, access for emergency vehicles, pedestrians, and to local driveways will be maintained to the fullest extent possible.
