Beginning on Tuesday, September 13, at 9:00 AM and lasting through Thursday, September 15, East Hoover Avenue will be closed to through vehicle traffic between South Division Street and South State Street for installation of a sanitary sewer. Traffic will be detoured via South Division Street, Hill Street, Packard Street and South State Street. See attached vehicle detour map for details. Pedestrian traffic on East Hoover Avenue will be detoured to the south side of the street.
