Beginning on Friday morning, July 5, and expecting to last through Sunday, July 7, a Palmer Drive lane closure will be in place to accommodate utility work. Two-way traffic and access to the Palmer Structure will be maintained. Access to the Fletcher Structure from Palmer Drive will not be maintained; access from Fletcher Street will be maintained.
