On Monday, November 3 from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM, Tappan Street (Hill Street to South University Avenue) and Monroe Street (Oakland Avenue to Tappan Street) will be closed for continuing work associated with the construction of the new Blau Hall at the Ross School of Business. Local traffic only will be maintained for the private residences on Tappan Street and Monroe Street. Detour routes will be posted for all other vehicle traffic. Pedestrians will also be detoured around the fenced work area near the Tappan Street/Monroe Street intersection, and access to all surrounding U-M buildings will be maintained.
