Overview
This project will create a new upper level balcony with approximately 300 seats on the east side of the arena similar to the existing west balcony press area.
The newly created balcony will be directly across and at approximately the same elevation as the press box on the west side. In addition to creating new seats, this project includes a conversion of a third-level student room into a lounge area designed to offer both client hospitality and spectator viewing capability. These additions and renovations require modifications to stairways and restrooms as well as a better access for the handicapped.
Construction for this project will be completed between April 23, 2001 and the beginning of the next season on October 2. 2001.
