About the Project
The Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) is housed in the Observatory Hall Building, located at 1402 Washington Heights. This project will renovate approximately 30,500 gross square feet of the Observatory Hall Building. The project will consolidate critical ROTC program elements for three military branches within one building, update interior finishes, add a new 20 person classroom, create an officers’ fitness and shower area, add gender-inclusive restrooms, and add cadet collaboration space for each branch.
