Palmer Commons Second and Third Floor Renovation

The Palmer Commons Second and Third Floor Renovation project will renovate and upgrade approximately 22,000 gross square feet. This renovation will support and expand flexible instructional and program space. The project will add huddle rooms, a student lounge, a single occupant restroom, audio visual equipment, and new furniture. The new classrooms are intended for multiple users across North and Central Campus schools and colleges and will provide centrally scheduled, flexible instructional space designed to support multidisciplinary teaching and expand access to arts and creative coursework in new areas of campus. These improvements will expand access to high-demand arts and creative courses and support additional sections and new classes designed for flexible spaces. The scope of this project includes the architectural, electrical, and mechanical work necessary to accomplish these improvements. There will be no impact on parking from this project.
