Purchase Contracts, governed by the “Basic Terms and Conditions for Product Purchase and Installation”, are issued by the University (Owner) to Suppliers for purchases of equipment and, where applicable, its installation. In those cases where the Supplier is also responsible for non-trivial alterations or additions to the University’s real property, or other circumstances as deemed appropriate by the University, the Basic Terms shall be amended with the “Equipment Installation Construction Rider”.
