It is the responsibility of all firms to read and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting a proposal, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will be a requirement for all such Purchase Contracts issued. – Engineering – Surveying
– Estimating – Testing
– Other professional services related to design and construction
Travel Expenses
Allowable reimbursable travel expenses, authorized by the Owner prior to expenditure, are defined and governed by the Reimbursement Expenses Guidelines (effective January 1, 2026) for all above contract types.
