Contractor

The below documents are utilized for all projects using the lump sum fixed price delivery method.

Projects under $10 million will not include Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)

Construction Manager

The Construction Management terms are utilized when the Owner selects a Construction Manager delivery method.
