Consolidated PDF Instructions

The following are instructions on how to extract the ZIP file for the consolidated design guidelines download.

Windows

📁 Using File Explorer (Graphical Method)

1. Locate the .zip file: Go to the folder where your zipped file is saved.
2. Right-click the .zip file.
3. Choose “Extract All…” from the context menu.
4. A dialog box appears:
   • Select the destination folder where you want to extract the contents.
   • Check or uncheck “Show extracted files when complete”.
5. Click “Extract”.
6. The files will be unzipped to the destination you selected.

macOS

📁 Using Finder (Graphical Method)

1. Locate your .zip file in Finder.
2. Double-click the file.
3. The contents will automatically be extracted into a folder in the same location.

Using the Design Guideline

1. Once the Zip file is extracted, there are 2 major files:
   • Files folder
   • Design Guideline PDF
2. Open the Design Guideline PDF and navigate as you would as if you were navigating on a web page. Ctrl+F or Command+F to find specific phrases and files.
3. The Files folder contains all the files on the website snapshotted as of the downloaded month. These files are linked to from the PDF.
